We are currently looking for an Account Manager - B2B Inside Sales who will be mainly responsible for signing new corporate accounts as well as maintaining current clients across the Americas, Europe, and Africa.

This position offers a good opportunity to contribute to an established company while gaining hands-on account management skills and sales experience in an inclusive, learning-friendly environment.

The successful candidate should have a proven track record in Business to Business (B2B) account management and business development and should be comfortable communicating with clients by phone, email, and live chat in an office environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Tech Support, Provisioning, and CSMs to resolve issues and assist with service requests.
• Run discovery & demo calls with warm prospects - validate prospect needs and problems and outline the best possible solution that we can offer.
• Follow up with interested B2B prospects to acquire new accounts with international telecommunication needs by proposing specific solutions and negotiating commercial terms of business.
• Reach out to targeted existing B2B accounts to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
• Research potential business leads by online tools like LinkedIn and Leadfeeder, then reach out to those leads via email.
• Cover the Americas, Europe, and Africa regions.
• Work together, share, and collaborate with other AEs, CSMs, marketing, etc.
• Create monthly progress reports summarizing growth opportunities and challenges along with proposed or already taken actions.
• Most of the above responsibilities to be conducted by phone and email from our corporate office.

Requirements

• Proven business development and account management experience in B2B environment.
• Highly motivated, goal oriented, and persistent.
• Detail-oriented, fast-thinking problem solver.
• Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies and systems.
• Technical understanding of hardware, software, and network environments.
• Prior experience in telecom industry is preferred, but experience in related industries will be considered as well.
• Full command of MS Excel, Word; experience with Google Apps and CRM systems preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably a second language (Spanish or French preferred).
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
